The training course includes knowledge about welding technologies, body painting, vehicle assembly, methods of vehicle testing, quality control, error handling after each stage, maintenance and safety protection for machines, and safety regulations during production… The students also have practice sessions in welding, coating and assembly techniques on the production line.

 The course aims to bring the ADM staff to master the manufacturing technologies; quality control and maintenance process of Kia Sonet, therefrom training the technologies to others in the company back home in Uzbekistan in line with Kia global standards.      

Since 2012, THACO Kia has been selected by Kia Corporation as a trainer of its vehicle manufacturing technologies for many CKD assemblers from Ecuador, Pakistan, Myanmar, and India... Being chosen as a Kia's training partner has been a testimony of THACO AUTO's competency and reputation, at the same time building grounds for the factory to continue its improvements in manufacturing technologies, product quality and overall efficiency.
